Why is the sound volume lower when using wireless mode on the PS5, but normal on a PC?

Why can’t I connect G06 to my Xbox console?

Xbox doesn’t support 2.4GHz or Bluetooth connections for G06. Use the 3.5mm audio cable with your Xbox controller.

The G06 was working fine, but now there’s no sound. What should I do?

Unplug the USB dongle, then forget the G06 in your device’s Bluetooth settings. With the headset off, hold the power button for 5 seconds until the lights flash. Reinsert the USB dongle and wait for the connection.

Why can’t my G06 connect to the device?

The G06 headset powers on in the last used mode. It has 2.4GHz wireless (USB) and Bluetooth modes. Double-press the power button to switch to Bluetooth. Audio input/output depends on the active mode.

How to Connect my G06 for the First Time?

1. Press and hold the power button on your headset for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode.

2. Insert the USB dongle into your device (PC, console, etc.).

3. Once the USB dongle is connected, your headset will automatically pair with your device.
